About Blake Edgerton

Born and raised in the oil fields of Midland Texas, Blake got to the Hill Country as fast as he could. Blake studied mechanical engineering at Texas Tech University and then earned an accounting degree with a focus in venture capitalization from the University of Oklahoma. 

After working in the oil business for 10 years starting as a pipe and equipment broker, Blake later formed Costa Resources to acquire mineral rights in the Permian Basin. Currently an active real estate investor and partner in Texas Hill Country Hides as well as trying his best in this busy market to find time to spend with his family on their ranch in San Saba county. 

Blake also enjoys floating on the Comal River or bay fishing in Port Mansfield. With a round array of interest, Blake is very knowledgable in real estate whether it be Land or Commercial sales.
