Spending time on her family farm is where Danita Barnett enjoys life the most. The moment you meet Danita you will realize she is a strong, smart, country girl with a tremendous amount of life experience and old-fashioned “common horse sense.”
Danita is a lifelong resident of Fredericksburg and a graduate of Fredericksburg High School. She seems to know everybody, and everyone seems to know her! She worked for over 13 years in the banking industry and loved interacting with customers every day. Then she thought what better place to interact with people daily in a meaningful, even life-changing way, than working as a real estate professional helping clients sell or buy their most valuable asset their home?
Danita and her husband have two small children, Tripp and Tinley. Besides being a dedicated wife and mother, she helps her husband run his business. She loves volunteering her time with the Stonewall School’s Parent Teacher Organization and well as helping out with Fredericksburg Independent School District’s activities.
Danita is active in the Hill Country CattleWomen, a Member of the CHCBR Community Involvement, and often serves as Team Mom of whatever sport her little ones are playing at the moment. She is energetic, compassionate, seems to have a sixth sense when it comes to understanding her clients’ needs and concerns.
Outside of real estate, you will find Danita at a Saturday ball game watching her son play, working animals on the family farm or tending to her children’s 4-H stock show animals. Catching up on yard work or exploring the always familiar but always-surprising wonderful town of Fredericksburg!
