About Jeff Wanek

Jeff grew up in Fredericksburg and has spent his entire life in the Texas Hill Country. Along the way, he has bought, renovated, leased, and sold many of his properties in Fredericksburg and the surrounding areas. This experience ultimately serves families, home buyers, sellers, and investors prior to, in the process of, and well beyond a real estate transaction. Jeff owns and operates a construction/remodel business. This experience is an added asset and bonus to buyers and sellers alike. Before venturing into real estate, Jeff obtained an undergraduate degree from Texas Lutheran University (cum laude) and a master’s degree in educational leadership from the University of Texas - Permian Basin. While at TLU, he lettered in tennis and earned academic all conference all four years. He then served his community as a Teacher, Coach, and Assistant Principal at Fredericksburg ISD for a decade. In this leadership role, he took with him the power of effective communication, a knack for problem solving, and the ability to form lasting relationships. Jeff and his wife have two children, Chloe and Deklan. In his spare time he enjoys hunting with his kids, coaching their sports teams, traveling with family, and working his properties. He also volunteers at Fredericksburg High School in the building trades program Casa Uber Alles, where he serves as the Vice President.
