Blake Edgerton
Real Estate Professional
Born and raised in the oil fields of Midland Texas, Blake got to the Texas Hill Country as fast as he could. Blake studied mechanical engineering at Texas Tech University and then earned an accounting degree with a focus in venture capitalization from the University of Oklahoma. After working in the oil business for 10 years starting as a pipe and equipment broker, Blake later formed Costa Resources to acquire mineral rights in the Permian Basin. He’s the 6th generation to live in San Saba County and currently runs the family’s cattle ranching operation along the San Saba River.
Blake is an active real estate investor, current board member for the San Saba County Historical Museum as well as the San Saba County Community Foundation and is a staunch supporter of local youth athletics. In his free time he enjoys floating on the Comal River and wade fishing in Port Mansfield. With a round array of interest, Blake is very knowledgeable in real estate whether it be Land or Commercial sales.
