Bob got to Texas as fast as he could, moving to the Texas Hill Country from New York City in 2017.
 
His background consists of being a graduate of St. Francis College in Brooklyn, New York and as an Army Veteran serving in the 3rd Ranger Battalion (Airborne Ranger). After college Bob joined the New York Police Department with several assignments with the NYPD including being a first responder to 911.

Bob worked as a hostage negotiator in the Emergency Services Unit and retired as a 3rd-grade detective. Once retired, Bob and his artist/designer wife Amy, decided to live a quieter life by moving to the Fredericksburg area and purchasing a ranch. His great appreciation for ranch real estate gave him a new and different way to hone his skills in negotiating which he has been very successful in accomplishing for his clients.
