Michele, fondly known as Mitch, was raised in West Texas, spending her early years in San Angelo and Midland. She grew up hunting and fishing with her father and competing in hunter-jumper events with her horses. At the polo fields where she rode, another rider shared her name, and her trainer started calling her “Mitch”, a nickname that’s stuck ever since.
Mitch’s path into real estate began at just 23, when she purchased her first investment property to flip. After several years of successfully buying and selling her own investments, she made the move into real estate full-time. Today, more than 20+ years later, she and her husband Paul, own Reata Ranch Realty Group, with offices in Fredericksburg, Mason, and San Saba Texas.
Now based in the Texas Hill Country, Mitch works with a strong base of repeat clients, many of whom also come from West Texas. She is known for her attentive approach and commitment to understanding each client’s goals. “I pride myself on listening to my clients’ needs and finding the property that truly fits,” she says. “I also work closely with a trusted network of brokers, agents, and vendors across the State to support clients before, during, and after the transaction.”
Mitch has represented some of the region’s most significant land transactions, including the sale of 4,000 acre San Saba river ranch in Menard County, 3,300 acres spanning both the Llano and James Rivers known as Eagles Ranch in Mason County, and the iconic PackSaddle Ranch near Horseshoe Bay for $32,000,000 in Llano County. When not out showing the Texas Hill Country, Mitch has been honored to represent some of the finest homes in Fredericksburg and involved in multiple commercial acquisitions in the area.
She served as the 2023 President of the Texas Alliance of Land Brokers and remains actively involved in the industry as a committee member of the Central Texas Hill Country Board of REALTORS®. Mitch also holds memberships with the Austin Board of REALTORS®, Texas Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, and the Texas Wildlife Association.
