Paul “Coach” Smith was raised in Lubbock, Texas, and is a proud graduate of Texas Tech University and yes, he truly bleeds red and black. After an impressive 42-year career in education and coaching, Paul retired and joined his wife, Michele “Mitch” Smith, Founder/Broker of the Reata Ranch Realty Group.
Throughout his career, Paul was known for his leadership, mentorship, and commitment to developing others....qualities that now translate seamlessly into his work in real estate. He brings a steady, service-driven approach to every client relationship, along with a deep respect for hard work, preparation, and follow-through.
Paul and Michele have raised five children, all of whom have earned degrees or master’s degrees from Texas Tech, Texas A&M, Texas State University, and St.Edwards University. Family, education, and dedication to excellence have always been at the center of their lives....not to mention tennis!
Now serving clients in the Texas Hill Country, Paul brings his lifelong knowledge of land, relationships, and community connections to benefit both buyers and sellers. He draws on his extensive network and understanding of the region to help clients make informed, confident decisions while upholding the values of trust, service, and integrity that defined his coaching career.
