Sarah Wanek is a seasoned, top-producing Real Estate Professional with Reata Ranch Realty, serving Fredericksburg and the Texas Hill Country with a focus on residential homes, land, ranch properties, and investment opportunities. Sarah’s path into real estate began through locally flipping homes, operating successful bed and breakfasts, and working in home staging. Experiences that continue to give her a practical understanding of property value, presentation, and investment potential.
She is actively involved in the real estate community and has served as President, President-Elect, and Past President of the Central Hill Country Board of Realtors. She currently serves as chairman of the Realtor Scholarship Fund, continuing her commitment to supporting the profession, her community, our youth, and the local board.
In addition to her real estate career, Sarah’s family is involved in the building and design industry. Her husband owns a local construction company, and together they also operate a custom furniture business, giving her valuable insight into home design, construction, and property value, an advantage for clients buying, selling, or building in the Texas Hill Country.
